Saturday 26th of March we visited Japanese gardens of Meiji jingu and
Temple of Yoyogi. Gardens were just awesome. Trees in light green leaves and
flower buds everywhere. So peaceful in the heart of Tokyo metropol. In the
center of Yoyogi there was a wooden temple and hundreds of people having their
prayers. We where also lucky to see a Japanese wedding procession.
After the gardens we took a train to the temple of vanities. Sibuya neighborhood
is the main shopping center of Tokyo, We spend 4 hours to go through several
famous department stores and boutiques. Those you can find every metropolis in
the world, but just must to visit (for the ladies).
What have we learned today about Japanese culture:
- The streets in Tokyo are super clean but you cannot find trash bins anywhere.
- Smoking is allowed in the restaurants and bars(not good)
- You will get a hot and wet towel to clean your hands in all restaurants and bars
- There are too many people everywhere in Tokyo
- Tokion kaduilla on aivan liikaa ihmisiä.
